In early April CAPEXUS successfully moved the TREI company within the River Garden 1 Project. The company headquarters is situated in Karlín on Rohanské nábřeží and is owned by the Slovak Fund IAD.

VENDO Parks

TREI Real Estate acts as an investor and developer in Germany, Portugal, Austria and the whole CEE region. Their most famous project within the company´s portfolio are VENDO Parks shopping centers.

Construction and relocation

CAPEXUS, the general supplier of TREI, ensured the construction of new offices with the total of about 500 m2 and moved the company including all furniture and equipment.

We evaluate the cooperation with CAPEXUS very positively. Because our core business is also in civil engineering segment, we appreciated the responsive communication, diligence and sense for the technical detail. In case we need any construction modifications or changes in the interior layout, we will contact CAPEXUS with full trust again.
