Re:Form is a modular workplace system developed by CAPEXUS. It was created in response to the changing needs of modern businesses looking for a more flexible, sustainable and efficient way to create working environments.
Rather than being a one-off construction, Re:Form is a system that enables workplaces to evolve alongside the companies that use them. Meeting rooms, focus rooms and other workspaces can be created, expanded or reconfigured without major construction work.

That question led to the creation of Re:Form
A modular workplace system that redefines the way companies can work with their office environment. Rather than being a one-time construction project, it is a workspace that can adapt just as quickly as the organisations it is designed for. Re:Form is built on a simple idea: offices should never be an obstacle to change – they should become its natural partner.

Built on our experience
The development of Re:Form brought together the expertise of CAPEXUS architects, workplace consultants, project managers and delivery specialists. Our goal was not simply to create a modular structure, but a fully functional workspace that delivers the same level of comfort, design quality and technical performance as a traditionally built meeting room.
Every detail was designed with everyday use in mind — from acoustics and lighting to integrated technologies, premium materials and a clean, timeless aesthetic. The result is a workspace that integrates naturally into a modern office while offering maximum flexibility for the future.
Quick to build. Easy to change.
One of Re:Form’s greatest advantages is the way it is delivered. Thanks to its modular construction, most traditional building processes are eliminated. Installation is fast, requires no major demolition work and keeps disruption to everyday office operations to an absolute minimum.
Future changes are just as straightforward. As organisations grow, restructure or require a different layout, individual modules can be relocated, expanded or reconfigured to meet new requirements. As a result, the investment retains its value beyond the first organisational change and continues to serve the business for years to come.
Sustainability that makes economic sense
Sustainability is about more than choosing the right materials. Truly sustainable solutions are those that do not need to be demolished and replaced after just a few years.
