In the beginning of November CAPEXUS has finished the reconstruction of Polish consulate at Solitaire building, Truhlářská, Prague. The long-term leased premises size of 430 sqm are located in the ground floor. Landlord of the building is the real estate fond of the Generali bank.
Safety solution
The biggest challenge of this project involved the whole specter of safety solutions – bulletproof curtains and certified systems of window protection. Despite the tight timeline the project was finished on time and the client moved as was scheduled.
