NFCtron decided to modernize its office space and take advantage of the opportunity to transfer the company's values into the office interior itself. The goal was to create a dynamic and inspiring work environment with futuristic elements that encourage discipline, innovative thinking and collaboration between teams.
For the strong inhouse team
The implementation in the LIFE_BUILDING_C building emphasized open, flexible space with green elements and modern technologies. The central element of the offices is a distinctive reception area with rounded lines and a minimalist design. The walls in warm shades of brown and white are complemented by the distinctive NFCtron logo.
The colour scheme in the interior combines neutral tones with warm accents such as orange and earthy browns to add a cosy feel to the space. Purple carpets with subtle geometric patterns, combined with natural elements such as wooden tables and green plants, complete the pleasant working atmosphere.
A community space that helps build team spirit is essential. NFCtron's priority is to build a stable environment for people to grow in. There is a café with refreshments, a children's corner, a lounge, a podcast studio or a gym for both individual and group exercise. It is the company community and the opportunity to further build a strong inhouse team that is at the heart of NFCtron's strategy.
The first reason for the new office space was to create facilities for the team, which is gradually growing and professionalizing. At the same time, we wanted to build an environment from the ground up that reflects the culture we want to shape at NFCtron - full of energy, dynamism, discipline and commitment.
Technology incubation in practice
The office concept connects team members very effectively. Each new member has to work their way through an “incubator” where they sit with other new members and motivate and support each other. It is one of the most important innovations in these offices that allows NFCtron to move forward. The incubators link to both the work modules and the community zone, encouraging relationship building within the company.
The workspace itself consists of department leaders' offices and team offices. The workstations have been designed with ergonomics in focus. Individual workstations are equipped with acoustic panels to provide privacy and the necessary acoustics in the open space.
Like a futuristic festival
Interesting are the describable surfaces of the walls. A striking feature is the hanging green decorations above the desks, which not only brighten up the space aesthetically but also contribute to a healthier working environment. The lighting is a combination of natural light and modern LED fixtures. The meeting rooms are equipped with glass partitions and modern conference tables. The combination of glass and natural wood creates a clean and modern look that promotes focus and professionalism in meetings. Motivational stickers are also an interesting feature.
NFCtron offices also include relaxation zones with comfortable seating elements including armchairs and couches, ideal for informal meetings or moments of relaxation. One of the landmarks is a large circular light installation on the ceiling, which has a calming effect and provides soft lighting for the entire room.
Permanent innovation
CAPEXUS designed and implemented offices for NFCtron that reflect the technological spirit and needs of the modern work environment. With a focus on ergonomics, design, community and functionality, a space was created that fosters productivity, creativity and collaboration among team members.
