A leading Czech maker of unique information systems for banking, leasing, capital markets and consumer finance has placed its bet on a modern working environment. Therefore, during the construction of new offices in the renovated Anděl Palace in Smíchov it emphasized the needs of modern IT company employees of all ages. For the company, the functional, modern and
colour-matching interior is a competitive advantage in hiring new IT specialists, of which there is currently a dearth on the market.

Requirements

The company currently employs 90 specialists. It builds on its generational balance and effectively exploits generational differences, especially in perceptions of values and attitudes in the performance of work tasks. At the same time, the company knows how to support knowledge sharing between older and younger employees. When designing the interior, the company's management took into account not only the technical possibilities of the space but also the requirements of its employees.

Top level standard

Within the Palác Křižík building, the company expanded to a second floor. The magnificent premises, all designed to the highest standards, include an open office space and a spacious kitchen with a relaxation area. Also refurbished were the above-standard toilets, dominated by wooden panelling around the washbasins.

A new office in one and a half months

Only one and a half months was allocated to the project. In this record time, all construction activities, including the assembly of furniture and accessories, had to be implemented. A big challenge was the creation of the smooth wall finish on the new floor, which resembles the wall finish in the company's original premises.

There was very little time and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to move in by the desired date. But CAPEXUS coordinated everything on time, and a month and a half later we were already settled into the new floor.
