CAPEXUS believes in consulting. Pavla Babicová takes on the position of workplace consultant
Pavla Babicová joins CAPEXUS, the leading player in the commercial interiors market in Central Europe. By the end of the year, CAPEXUS wants to expand the workplace consultancy department with several other workplace consultants.
Pavla Babicová has more than 15 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate, whether with acquisitions, marketing or real estate valuation. We can see a greater demand for workplace consultancy as a service and Pavla will build on our successful projects for companies such as Direct Pojišťovna, LMC (Jobs.cz) or Budějovický Budvar.
Pavla Babicová (43) comes over from BD Asset, where she focused on project management in the field of acquisitions. She previously worked at DTZ as a Senior Valuer. She graduated with the degree of Ing. International Trade at the University of Economics in Prague. She also holds an MSc in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management in Great Britain.
Offices should help companies respond to opportunities and threats. As workplace consultants we stand at the beginning of the creation of a new workplace, so we are interested in the company's history, vision and growth plans as well as the priorities of individual employees and teams. The output of our work is a comprehensive overview of what to think about in the interior, as well as specific assignments for architects. Our goal is to support performance, the work team, but also personal happiness.
By the end of the year, CAPEXUS wants to expand the department with other workplace consultants.
