Tomáš Míček becomes the new CEO as of May 1, 2025
CAPEXUS, a leading company in the field of modern commercial space development, announces the appointment of a new CEO.Tomáš Míček will take up the position of CEO on May 1.
Tomáš Míček brings to CAPEXUS more than 25 years of experience in development, specializing in business strategy, acquisitions, and the development of Built-to-Suit projects. He gained his experience at companies such as TK Development, Prologis, and P3 Logistic Parks, where he spent most of his time as an executive director.
I see my new role as an opportunity to bring my experience and knowledge of the real estate world to CAPEXUS, which will support the company's growth. My goal is not only to strengthen CAPEXUS' market position, but also to expand our operations into new markets where we can offer our expertise and quality services. I am very much looking forward to working with the new team and to the successes that I believe await us together.
Vlastimil Vyskočáni, who has served as interim CEO since January of this year, will remain a member of the ČEZ ESCO Board of Directors and director of the Building Energy cluster (which includes CAPEXUS along with AZ KLIMA, HORMEN, KART, DOMAT, and ENESA).
Tomáš's arrival is a significant step forward. His innovative approaches will help us achieve our goals and take the company to the next level. I am therefore very pleased that CAPEXUS is continuing its growth and work for important clients throughout the Czech Republic with experienced management and a clear vision.
