Timeout at Luční Bouda
On the October weekend on 7.-8.10.2016 our working team set out to a beautiful place on the Giant mountain ridges. There was organized professional teambuilding specially for our team at Luční Bouda. The author of this corporate timeout is Mgr. Jiří Kastner, MBA.
Teambuilding
Thanks to this timeout we could work on your own personal development as well as to strengthen the whole our team. It is not a novelty that the atmosphere in the corporate environment is made up of emotions that each of us wear to work. All the time spent on the Luční Bouda we could relax during sports and inventive activities.
Workshop
One of important part of this timeout was expert workshop which was lectured by George Kastner, who managed the whole event by organization page with his team. Jiří Kastner is interested in mental coaching and work with the psyche. In his lectures, for example, he is concern with the psychology of performance, the development of client relationships and psychological training for athletes.
End of the day
The CEO Dan Matula finished slash-and-burn and fun event, saying ,,I will be very glad if we thing about all of the topics and consciously work of each other and in teams. If you are interested in, we will follow to the first meeting and make a sequel next year's."
