CAPEXUS strengthens its sales department. Michaela Miženková hired as Relationship Manager
CAPEXUS, which designs and implements office and retail space, is strengthening its sales and consulting team. The position
of Relationship Manager will be filled by Michaela Miženková, who previously worked for CBRE. Monika Younis, who took on the position
of Relationship Manager in June 2019, will now lead the entire sales and workplace consulting team.
Michaela will oversee consulting support, client base development, the search for new opportunities and care for business partners. With Michaela, the number
of CAPEXUS employees in the Czech and Slovak branches increased to 100.
Offices are not just about nice design. Especially these days, clients need support. Michaela's task will be to advise tenants on their long-term workplace strategy and how they should respond to the changing situation.
Michaela Miženková (28) graduated in Business Administration from the University of New York in Prague and is currently working at the University of Economics in Prague to obtain an MBA in Real Estate and Valuation. She gained her first experience in the field of real estate at Penta Investments. Prior to joining CAPEXUS, she worked for more than four years in the consulting company CBRE, where for the last year and a half she represented tenants.
