Within 2014 CAPEXUS has concluded fitout works for Philip Morris within their headquarters in Charles square center in Prague.

Design

The scope of works included the design, architecture and construction tailored made services.

The office headquarters of Phillip Morris has an interior tuned into a yellow-gray-white color. The white kitchen is complemented by gray sections of the floor and the partition, the yellow wall and the desk are brightening.
Charles Square Center is filled with dining tables and wooden chairs.

The specific requirements

The specific features of project works were the night-time and weekend regime plus the specific requirements of building operation house rules.  

In the Philip Morris office complex there is a new white kitchen with a dark gray worktop. The yellow wall behind the kitchen brightens.

Kitchenettes

The main focuses in this phase were on kitchenettes, meeting and relax rooms.
